  • What is the return policy?

If your order arrives damaged or defective you can return it for either a full refund or replacement (where available) within 30 days of receipt. We will refund postage costs on returns that are confirmed to be damaged or defective.

  • When will I receive my order?

The majority of orders will be with you in between 4 and 8 working days. Some products are made to order so delivery times can be longer with these. All items have their own expected delivery times in their descriptions.

GB Pet Products are made by hand and take 10-12 business days to arrive. GB Pet Products does not come with shipping information.

 

  • What do I do if I haven't received my order?

On the rare occasion that an order gets lost in the post, please contact us for either a full refund or replacement.

In the case that your parcel has been confirmed delivered to your door, we can no longer make changes to your order, including refunds and replacements (apart from manufacturing defaults).  

  • How do I make changes to an order I have already placed?

We cannot guarantee that your order can be changed after it has been placed. This is because we process orders quickly so you receive them as soon as possible. If you do need to change an order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will see what we can do.
